Billing and plans

Everything about payment lives on the Billing page in your account. You do not need to write to us to change anything on this page.

Choosing a plan

Plans differ in how much you can keep active and which features are included. You can compare them on the pricing page and switch whenever it suits you.

Monthly plans renew every month, yearly plans renew once a year and cost less per month. You can move between the two at any point.

Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged the difference for the days left in the period rather than a full new cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you already paid for, so nothing is cut short.

Invoices and receipts

Every payment produces an invoice, sent to the email on your account and available from the Billing page. Invoices carry the details your accountant will ask for, and you can add a company name and a VAT number before your next renewal.

Updating your card

Use Manage billing to change your card, your billing address or the email invoices go to. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our own servers.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Billing page whenever you want. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.

If you come back later, your projects are where you left them.
